No Show and Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality personal dental care in a timely manner. No shows and late cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to dental care. We would like to remind you of our policy regarding missed appointments.

  CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT:

     To be respectful of the dental needs of other patients, please be courteous and call our office promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who needs treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance for weekday appointments and 1 week prior for Saturday appointments.  Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely dental care.

LATE CANCELLATION:

A cancellation is considered to be late when the appointment is cancelled without a 48 hour or 1-week notice.


NO SHOW POLICY

A “NO SHOW”, is a patient who missed an appointment without cancelling it. A failure to be present at the time of scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a “NO SHOW"


The "No Show" or "Late Cancellation" fee is $50 for all appointments.


This fee is not covered by insurance. Fee is per patient, child or adult.
